鍺窗口片

TECHSPEC® 鍺 (Ge) 窗口片有現貨,可選三種增透膜: 3 - 5μm波段的增透膜適用于中紅外應用,3 - 12μm波段的增透膜適用于寬帶多光譜應用, 8 - 12μm波段的增透膜適用于熱成像應用。鍺光學材料也比較適合做設計波長在8-12μm內的增透膜(AR)鍍膜的膜層材料。鍺受溫度影響嚴重,透過率隨溫度的升高而降低,因此,它們只能在100®C以下應用。在設計對重量有嚴格要求的系統的時候要考慮鍺的密度(5.33 g/cm3)。鍺主要應用在熱成像系統和前視紅外(FLIR)領域里面。鍺的努氏硬度是780,大概是氟化鎂硬度的兩倍,這使它比較適合變化光學的IR領域的應用。
