首先是涂層劑揮發(fā)產(chǎn)生廢氣,涂層劑有溶劑型和水性型之分,溶劑型在進(jìn)行涂層加工時(shí)要采用醋酸乙酯、二甲基甲烷胺(DMF)、丁酮(MEK)、甲苯(TOL)、異丙醇(IPA)等有機(jī)溶劑作介質(zhì)。這些溶劑型涂層整理劑雖然工藝性能比較好,但有機(jī)溶劑的用量大,既是危險(xiǎn)物質(zhì),其中不少是揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物。
