琥珀酰亞胺酯(NHS,胺反應活性)官能化環(huán)辛烷衍生物,用來將環(huán)辛烷部分插入含有化合物或生物分子的氨基找那個。環(huán)辛烷可以用于種促進免銅電極化學環(huán)加成反應。這一聚乙二醇會和疊氮官能化化合物或生物分子反應,而不需要Cu(I)催化,就能形成穩(wěn)定的三唑連接。
