SOI Chip-based Tunable Optical Filter
SOI芯片式可調光濾波器陣列，該產品基于硅基熱調諧微環結構，光濾波器的中心波長和隔離度可調，實現了多通道光濾波器的單片集成，通過特殊設計實現了偏振無關特性，光電封裝，數字化驅動。
Chip-based multi-channel tunable optical filter is a new product based on thermally tuned SOI micro ring resonator structure. This product achieved the integration of multi-channel optical filters on a single SOI chip. It has tiny polarization sensitivity realized by a special design. The product is electro-optically co-packaged and digitally driven.
